MEDICAL POLICY & DISCLAIMER for We Are Viking Yoga

1. Introduction

This Medical Policy and Disclaimer ("Agreement") applies to all participants ("Participants" or "You") of the yoga event ("Event") organized by We Are Viking Yoga, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors (collectively referred to as the "Company").

2. Assumption of Risks

By participating in this Event, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with the Event, including, but not limited to, physical injuries, emotional distress, or other medical issues that may arise from participation.

3. Seizure Warning

Some parts of the Event may include flashing lights or visual effects that could provoke seizures or other neurological disorders in individuals who are susceptible. If you or someone you are attending the Event with has a history of photosensitivity or epilepsy, consult a medical professional before attending.

4. Loud Music & Medical Concerns

The Event may feature loud music which can affect individuals differently. Loud music can cause hearing damage, emotional distress, or exacerbate certain medical conditions. Participants with any concerns about the effects of loud music should take necessary precautions or choose not to attend.

5. Incense and Perfume Allergies

We may use incense or other aromatic substances at the Event. If you have allergies, asthma, or any other medical condition that might be triggered by incense, perfumes, or similar substances, you should be aware of this risk and take appropriate precautions.

6. Personal Responsibility

All Participants should be aware of their physical and mental limits and should not exceed them. If at any time during the Event you feel discomfort or strain, you should discontinue your participation immediately. The Company is not responsible for any injuries or medical conditions exacerbated or caused by your participation in the Event.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, both in the State of Arizona, as well as Federally through the United States of America, by participating in this Event, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless We Are Viking Yoga from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event. This release includes any claims based on the negligence, action, or inaction of We Are Viking Yoga or their third-party affiliates, and covers bodily injury (including death), mental or emotional damage or distress, property damage, and loss of any other sort.

8. Participant's Certification

By participating in the Event, you certify that:

a) You have read this Agreement thoroughly and understand its terms.

b) You are in good health and have consulted with a medical professional or are confident in your decision to participate without such consultation.

c) You knowingly and voluntarily agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

This Agreement is binding on the Participant and their executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assignees. If the Participant is under 18 years of age, the guardian or parent acknowledging this Agreement also agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless We Are Viking Yoga as set forth above.
